Do Bae Man became military prosecutor only to make more money and be successful. On the other hand, Cha Woo In, recently joining Bae Man’s team, became one for her revenge. As these two different purposes shows, the two have very different backgrounds and personalities. However, as they work on the same case, Bae Man and Woo On help each other and even grow together as fine military prosecutors.

In Seoul, South Korea, in the 1990s, the nation is gripped with terror after a series of brutal murders strikes terror into the hearts of its citizens. A mysterious figure known as Red Hat has been stalking the streets, following women, terrorizing them, and then killing them in apparently motiveless attacks. The police are baffled – the killer seems to strike at random. They struggle to understand when this murderer will attack next and why the killings are taking place.

　　A few days ago, 28 episodes of the public security-themed TV series "Floating and Sinking Gunshots" were filmed in Nanchang. The play is adapted from the novel "Floating and Sinking", which won the National "Five One Project Award". It is a feature film of urban police that reflects the selfless dedication and impartial law enforcement of the police.

The story follows the amnesiac detective Jian Buzhi who starts on a quest to finding the truth and unmasking his father's killer. Along the way, he finds a love interest and a good friend who work hand in hand with him to solve mysterious cases.
